Cake Flavours

We use only the finest and freshest ingredients for all of our cakes and believe every cake should taste as good as it looks!
We bake and make our cakes and creams every week from scratch. We use luscious Madagascar bourbon vanilla bean paste in all of our products and we believe that it gives our cakes and sweets an unforgettable flavour.

Vanilla Cake

A lovely vanilla cake, is layered with a light vanilla bean fresh cream. You also have the option to add either strawberry or raspberry jam to your cake to level the flavour up.

Vanilla Mocha cake

A sweet vanilla cake, is layered with Mocha fresh cream. You also have the option to add caramel pieces to your cake for another sweet combination.

Vanilla Strawberry Cake

A lovely vanilla cake, is layered with Strawberry fresh cream. You also have the option to add strawberry jam to your cake to enhance the strawberry flavour.

Funfetti Cake

A lovely vanilla cake, speckled with brightly coloured sprinkles is layered with a light vanilla bean fresh cream. You also have the option to add either strawberry or raspberry jam to your cake to level the flavour up.

Double Chocolate Cake

A moist dark chocolate cake, is layered with chocolate fresh cream. You also have the option to add chocolate chips, layer of chocolate ganache or Nutella to enhance the chocolate flavour.

Chocolate Vanilla Cake

A Lovely combination of two stars in any bakery, a dark and moist chocolate cake, is layered with a light vanilla bean fresh cream.

Chocolate Mocha Cake

Chocolate and coffee always pair together beautifully that’s why this flavour is our best seller. A moist and dark chocolate cake, is layered with lovely mocha fresh cream. You may also add caramel pieces between the layers to make the flavour pop.

Chocolate Raspberry Cake

A moist dark chocolate cake, is layered with sweet raspberry fresh cream and raspberry jam, this combination is a winner.

Chocolate Banana Cake

A rich and moist dark chocolate banana cake, is layered with chocolate fresh cream. You may replace the chocolate fresh cream with vanilla fresh cream for a lighter chocolate flavour.

Notes:

– You may replace fresh cream with Swiss meringue buttercream in some of the above combinations. Available buttercream flavours are vanilla, chocolate, coffee, mocha.

– We do make nut-free cakes; however, our kitchen is not a nut-free environment. If anybody attending your event has a severe allergy to nuts we strongly recommend that you buy your sweets from a certified nut-free bakery.

– We don’t use fresh fruits inside our cakes.

– If you are interested, we can also add the following items to your cake (extra charge),

  • Nut pieces (Walnuts / Almonds)
  • Chocolate chips
  • Caramel pieces
  • Ganache
  • Nutella

– You may have different flavours for different cake tiers but it will add extra charge to your order.
